Christopher E. Maynard is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles spanning technology and operations. As a Senior CIO Consultant at Strategico Consultants, Chris provides strategic technology leadership to mission-driven organizations, helping them align their IT investments with their broader business objectives. His expertise spans technology strategy, operational efficiencies, team development, and performance management, enabling organizations to optimize their initiatives and achieve sustainable success.
Previously, Chris served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the American College of Healthcare Executives, where he played a critical role in leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. His deep understanding of both internal IT operations and external technology strategy allows him to provide expert guidance to professional societies, associations, and nonprofit organizations seeking to enhance their technology ecosystems.
Beyond his leadership in technology and operations, Chris is the founder and author of the Shorts for Success project, a platform dedicated to providing concise, actionable insights on leadership, technology, and business. He has also authored two professional books: Leadership Qualities: Charting the Journey to Effective Leadership and Performance and Quality Management: The Impact and Necessity of Integrating in Business.
