Bridget Walsh, MBA has over 20 years of progressive of leadership experience and is the Chief Operating Officer for the Emergency Nurses Association. In this role, Bridget provides strategic leadership to the association’s Operations Division (HR, Facilities, Finance, IT and Governance). She focuses on developing and executing strategic and operating plans, advancing operational excellence, creating a collaborative team culture with strong employee engagement and developing future leaders through mentorship and professional opportunities.
