Kevin Baliozian has experience leading nonprofits, focusing on value creation, innovation, change management, volunteer engagement, consensus building, and operational efficiency. He has served as the Executive Director of the Medical Library Association (MLA) since 2015.

During his tenure, MLA has increased member and customer engagement in year-round activities such as virtual conferences, online learning, and community collaboration, in addition to its annual conference. The association has experienced growth in membership and active participation from both members and non-members in several new initiatives. Volunteer participation has increased by 20% over the last three years, now involving more than a quarter of the membership base.

Kevin is a member of the MCI USA Association Solutions leadership team, serving as the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Product Development. Additionally, he contributes to MCI USA’s advisory services by assisting executive directors and their boards with strategic planning, financial sustainability, and growth.
