In this boot camp, you’ll walk through the entire AMS selection process, from clarifying your needs to identifying potential vendors, vetting the AMS vendors, and selecting your new AMS. You’ll learn what aspects of the selection process are unique to smaller associations and which elements apply to your organization. You’ll walk away with a “selection workbook” that will help guide you through this process and ensure you’re asking all the right questions of your organization and your potential AMS vendors.
