Throughout her career, Simone has always looked for opportunities to drive operational efficiency, work smarter, and improve staff and member outcomes. That is why she jumped at the opportunity to lead the initiative to change the American Staffing Association’s AMS. Here previous 15 years of experience in membership, and natural curiosity, gave her a unique perspective on organizational needs, alignment, and technological innovation that drives growth.

Through her success in the implementation of a new AMS, Simone transitioned to the IT department as Program Director. She continues to lead ASA’s technology transformation, seeking to utilize technology systems to improve member and staff experience while driving growth for the association. Simone managed the transition to a new marketing system, implemented analytics software, and transitioned multiple integrations, ensuring the systems and association operations work together to maximize the technology investment and outcomes.

As a lifelong learner, Simone embraced her new position by building project management skills and completing four Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Consultant. Learning something new every day is what Simone loves the most about her career.
